Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Maarge account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Use our secure online form to verify your identity and submit a deletion request. You will receive a one-time verification code by email.

Alternatively, you can email support@maarge.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize:
- Your user account and profile information
- Health and caregiving data associated with your account
- Organization memberships and related data you own or authorize for deletion
Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, billing records or fraud prevention), as described in our Privacy Policy.
Grace period
After you confirm a deletion request, there may be a short grace period before data is permanently removed. This allows you to cancel the request if it was submitted in error. You will be informed of the grace period during the deletion process.
Mobile app users
If you installed Maarge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you can also delete your account using the link above. Account deletion is not tied to uninstalling the app — you must submit a deletion request to remove your data from our systems.
